- 3-4 tbsp (40-50 ml) Espresso
- 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp (25 ml) Baileys
- Ice cubes
A creamy, energetic and boldly flavored cocktail. Baileys enrich the illy coffee’s caramel notes for a recipe that is soft, delicate and with a touch of alcohol.
- Chill the glass (150ml) with the ice cubes.
- Prepare two espressos in a cappuccino cup.
- Fill the Shaker Boston with ice cubes, Baileys and finally the coffees.
- Shake and pour it in the chilled glass, using the strainer to filter out the ice.
