  • ice
  • 1 shot illy Espresso
  • 2 oz vodka (60 ml)
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (30 ml)
  • granulated sugar


Try this sophisticated, caffeinated twist on a cocktail classic before or after dinner.

  1. Fill a cocktai shaker 1/2 full with ice
  2. Prepare the espresso shot into a small cup or pour pitcher
  3. Add the espresso and vodka to the shaker and shake vigorously several times in a back and forth motion
  4. Rim the  cocktail glass with granulated sugar
  5. Strain martini into the cocktail glass
