  • 1 shot illy Espresso
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp of vanilla yogurt (20 ml)
  • 1 Tbsp skim milk (15 ml)
  • 1/4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (1 g)


Discover this surprising trio of flavors one layer at a time, as each revelas its special character and texture.

  1. Prepare the Espresso into a small cup or pour pitcher
  2. Spoon the yogurt into the bottom of a small serving glass
  3. Gently pour the Espresso over the yogurt so that it forms a separate layer
  4. Foam the skim milk and cocoa powder together in a small pitcher, using a small hand mixer
  5. Gently pour the foam on top of the Espresso, forming a third distinct layer
