Domori is a name choco-philes around the world bow to in respect, having always and solely worked with the highest quality cocoa, from which it produces strictly emulsifier, aroma and whatever-else-free chocolate bars of pure, cane sugar-sweetened cocoa paste.
 
Gianluca Franzoni – in art Mack Domori – is the soul of the House, the first to have developed and circulated a codified set of chocolate tasting standards (aroma, rotundity, cleanness and persistence), to guide the taster and thus heighten her/his sensorial discernment and pleasure.
  
Domori is world famous for its cru, that is blends made with the same aromatic cacao variety or with cacao from the same location (Venezuela, Peru, Madagascar and Ecuador).
 
Domori is the only House currently engaged worldwide in an officially acknowledged project for the recovery of the ancient criollo variety of cocoa at the Hacienda San José in Venezuela.
