espressamente illy, in collaboration with the Università del caffè di Trieste, offers a course exclusively dedicated to its franchisees. Five days for a complete voyage in the world of coffee to discover the quality and the excellence which distinguishes the espressamente café.

Subjects include the preparation of a perfect espresso, the café daily palimpsest, the business and personnel management, the service excellence, up to the various coffee based recipes and food offer.
