We want our customers to have the best possible experience but on rare occasions there may be a problem with delivery or you may accidentally have ordered the wrong item, etc.
Before making your return please contact our customer service team by Telephone on 01604 821 234 or Email customerCareUK@illy.com for a Returns Authorisation Code before returning your item.
Please include the authorisation code along with your returned item & a note confirming your name, address and whether you would like a refund or a replacement product.
If your machine does not work or goods have been damaged in delivery to you.
Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of breakages within three days of receiving the order & we will arrange a courier collection.
If you need to return goods for any other reason
any item you order from us can be returned within seven days for a full refund or exchange. Goods must be unused & in perfect condition in their original packaging.
We suggest that you return using an insured delivery (available at the Post Office) as we cannot be responsible for returned goods damaged in transit.
Remember to include your name and address and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Goods returned to us arriving damaged, or lost, will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order is not refunded.
