This document is made pursuant to EU 2016/679.
Any information for all matters concerning data processing may be required by contacting the Data Controller.
Except as indicated at the time of download of the APP (by way of example, geolocation, updates, etc.), we inform you that this APP requires data in case of registration in specific forms and in this case you are invited to read the specific privacy policy.
The App uses technical cookies used for the operation of the same.

Rights
We inform you that the GDPR provides the possibility for the data subject to ask the Data Controller (at the above addresses) to access personal data and to correct or cancel them or limit their processing or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability, as well as other rights contained in Chapter 3 of the GDPR including the revocation of consent, where provided: the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given before revocation.

Complaints
The data subject can always lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority whose references can be found on the website www.garanteprivacy.it/web/guest/home/footer/link.

Legal Basis
The legal basis the legal basis consists of legal obligations (Italian and European laws) as well as the legitimate interests of the Data Controller in the customer-supplier relationship. Furthermore, for the purposes for which consent is provided, the legal basis is the consent itself. The processing takes place in Italy.

N.B. The consent can only be given by persons over 16 years, if the subject is under 16, he cannot use what is provided for in the purposes for which consent is required (eg. registration, ... ).

Diritti
La informiamo che il GDPR prevede la possibilità l’interessato di chiedere al Titolare del trattamento (ai recapiti sopra indicati) l’accesso ai dati personali e la rettifica o la cancellazione degli stessi o la limitazione del trattamento che lo riguardano o di opporsi al loro trattamento, oltre al diritto alla portabilità dei dati, nonché altri diritti contenuti nel capo 3 del GDPR tra cui quello di revocare il consenso, ove previsto: la revoca del consenso non pregiudica la liceità del trattamento basata sul consenso conferito prima della revoca.

Base Giuridica
La base giuridica è costituita dagli obblighi legali (leggi italiane ed europee) nonché dagli interessi legittimi del titolare nel rapporto cliente-fornitore. Inoltre per le finalità per cui è previsto il consenso, la base giuridica è il consenso stesso. Il trattamento avviene in Italia.

Nota Bene: Il consenso può essere prestato solo da soggetti di età superiore a 16 anni se l’interessato ha meno di 16 anni non potrà fruire di quanto previsto nelle finalità per le quali è richiesto un consenso (es. registrarsi, ricevere comunicazione commerciali, essere profilato,...).
