During the Promotion Period, participants are asked to submit a photo or video that includes an illy product(s) or illy coffee and is taken during the Airbnb Open event from November 12-14, 2015 (each, a “Submission” and/or “Entry”) using the hashtag #illyatAO (the “Hashtag”).
There are two ways to submit an Entry:
1) Twitter: Tweet your Submission via your public Twitter account using the Hashtag. You must also be following Sponsor’s Twitter feed, @illycaffe, and your Twitter account must be public to enter via Twitter. Any Submission on Twitter tagged with the Twitter Hashtag may be eligible for entry in this Contest. Use of the Hashtag constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules. Once you tweet your Submission using the Hashtag, you will receive one (1) Entry into the applicable Entry Period.
2) Instagram: Post your Submission via your public Instagram account using the Hashtag. Any Submission tagged with the Hashtags on Instagram may be eligible for entry in this Contest. Once you upload your Submission to Instagram using the Hashtags, you will receive one (1) Entry into the applicable Entry Period. Your Submission must include the Hashtag and your Instagram account must be public in order to be eligible. By using the Hashtags in connection with your Instagram post, you are acknowledging and agreeing that Sponsor has the right to stream your post through the Instagram API.
Incomplete entries will be void. Each Submission must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant. The use of script, macro, bot, contest service or automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of entry) to enter the Contest is prohibited and any entry through such means will be deemed to be ineligible (at Sponsor’s sole discretion and in accordance with these Official Rules) will be void. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on the e-mail address submitted, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided on the registration form. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Regardless of the method of entry, each Submission must meet the following “Submission Requirements” or Submission will be disqualified: (i) the Submission must not contain any person other than the entrant; (ii) the Submission must be the submitting entrant’s original, previously unpublished work and not include any material owned or controlled by third parties (including without limitation,third party copyrighted material) and may not have been entered in any other promotion or considered for any award; (iii) the Submission may not contain any brands, logos or trademarks other than illy and as required by these Official Rules; (iv) the entrant must provide upon request all appropriate clearances, permissions and releases for the Submission (in the event an entrant cannot provide all required releases, Sponsor reserves the right, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to disqualify the applicable Submission, or seek to secure the releases and clearances for Sponsor’s benefit, or allow the applicable Submission to remain in the Contest);(v) the Submission must not include any content that is obscene, pornographic, libelous or otherwise objectionable; and (vi) each Submission must be uniquely different. Any Submission that, in Sponsor's good faith judgment, violates the Submission Requirements may be disqualified.
Released Parties are not responsible for late, inaccurate or undelivered entries; or for or any other mechanical, technical or human error of any type whatsoever. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries of entrants and disqualify such entrants whom Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Contest and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules.
Prize Winner Judging: Based on the following criteria, one (2) Submissions will be selected from among all eligible Submissions received during the Entry Period for a total of one (2) Grand Prize winners. Sponsor reserves the right to not select any Prize winner, if in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions.
Prizes: Two prizes will be awarded. One ‘First Grand Prize Winner’ and one ‘Second Grand Prize Winner’ will be selected. Prizes can change at any time at the sole discretion of the sponsor.

Winner Determination: Winners will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received. Winners will be selected by 11/23/15. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. If winner cannot be located or does not respond to attempt to be notified within 7 days, prize will automatically be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at sponsor’s sole discretion.
General Conditions: Entry in the Contest constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to abide by and accept the terms of conditions of these Official Rules. No substitution of prize or cash equivalent except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. By accepting the prize, winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning said prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem said prize and any and all liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking said prize. Winner also accepts sole responsibility for any miscellaneous costs relating to acceptance of prize.
Entrants hereby agree to indemnity and hold Sponsor harmless from and against any third party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and court costs, arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties and representations set forth above. The value of the prize won by a participant under the contest may be taxable as income to its winner. Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees associated with this prize.
