*Your introductory shipment will include the complimentary welcome gift of your choice and your coffee selections. illy reserves the right to substitute a welcome gift of equal or greater value. Members may not request gift substitutions. The number of cans and coffee types you choose for your introductory shipment will be the same for all ongoing deliveries.Two can minimum coffee purchase per shipment.
Coffee Savings: 20% savings on coffee orders within subscription program; savings not valid for compatible capsules, gift boxed coffee and coffee purchased outside of subscription.
Shipping Charges: Ground Shipping is free for recurring orders.
Your deliveries will automatically continue at the frequency and quantity you've specified unless we hear otherwise from you. You may cancel your deliveries at any time. Your credit card will be charged with each recurring coffee delivery, plus applicable taxes. Your only obligation is to purchase a minimum of two cans of coffee per shipment. - Your introductory shipment will include your FREE machine, welcome gift and your capsule selections (minimum of four 21 count cans). Welcome gifts may vary; while supplies last. illy reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value. Members may not request gift substitutions. By accepting delivery of your introductory shipment, the customer confirms the exterior of the product and the conformity of the delivery are acceptable. - After your introductory shipment, you will continue to receive a minimum of 4 cans of capsules (21 capsules per can) every 2 months for 18 months. Your credit card will be charged with each recurring coffee delivery, plus any applicable taxes (taxes vary by state). Your only obligation is to purchase a minimum of 4 cans of capsules per shipment. You can customize your program by changing your coffee selections and coffee quantity (above the 4 can per shipment minimum ) as often as you wish. Customer must first call illy Customer Care toll-free at 1-877-469-4559 for an RMA. Damaged/defective equipment is responsibility of customer after the one year basic warranty period has expired. Capsule Prices: Choose from 14 capsule varieties; while supplies last. Price of capsules range from: $19.00 - $20.00 (21 capsules per can); $16.50 - $17.50 (18 capsules per cube), and $14.00 -$15.00 for individually wrapped capsule singles (14 capsules per pack).
