Recycling Program needs improvement
It's difficult to stay on top of recycling my pods when I have to actively select (every time I am about to receive a shipment) "Send a Recycle Bag" because it defeats the convenience of doing a subscription. I always recycle the pods, why can't it automatically send me bags if I'm automatically buying lots of your coffee?
Overall Illy has the best flavored capsule-based coffee I've ever had. But what I've always loved most about Illy is that it's an ethical company - I hope someone with Illy will consider improving their recycling program to better reflect their efforts as an ethical company that cares about the environment. I also feel that the Illy website (especially the subscription sections) could get much simpler and easier to use. I have a hard time understanding what I'm signing up for, and it seems that I can do very little to change my orders in the actual part of my account where I can "edit" a subscription.
