The glass is high quality as is the steel holder and cover! I like so much I am thinking of buying a bigger version! Makes great coffee!

Horrible customer support
Horrible customer support. I filed a complain because it was supposed to be a gift. Came in a box that was clearly opened many times and was showing some tears. Detailed examination shows that one of the filters was missing and some locking didn't work. I sent photos and requested refund. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no resolution. The support person Katherine sent me ridiculous demands 'cut the cord and send back photos'. I will not be hurt without the refund, but again horrible customer support.
