• What should I do if I want to change the credit card used for my plan?
  Log in to the My Account section of illy.com and select My subscriptions. Select the plan you want to modify to edit the payment information associated to that plan.
• Can I expedite or postpone the scheduled shipment?
  Delivery is scheduled on a monthly basis; however, you have the option to pause your plan for 1 to 3 months. You will only be able to pause your plan one time within 12 months. You can pause your plan online from the My Account section or contact our Customer Care team for assistance. 
• Do I have to pay for shipping on my Auto-Delivery Plan orders?
  No, shipping for Auto-Delivery plan orders is always free.
• Can I change my plan size?
  Yes, you can change your plan configuration including your plan size and coffee selection online from My Account or by contacting our Customer Care team for assistance.
• Who can I contact if I have trouble completing my order online?

• How can I get my refund for a return?
  For payments by credit card, you will receive a refund of the purchase price directly to your card within 10 days from receipt of the goods by our warehouse.
• If I order from abroad, can I buy from the Italian online shop and receive the products in the country where I am?
  Purchases from the online shop are delivered exclusively within the territory of the Italian Republic, San Marino and Vatican City. If you want to receive the products in the Dutch / French / Spanish / German / American / English territory, you can make the purchase on the eShops dedicated to these countries which will only ship to an address in that country and not to another country.
• How can I recover or change my account password?
  To recover or change your password click on the My Account icon at the top right on the illy.com site and choose "Log in" and select "forgot password?". You'll be prompted to enter your email address associated with your account. We'll send you an email with instructions to update your password. The password change link will be valid for 30 minutes after receipt.
• What types of Credit Cards are accepted?
  You can pay with all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex for the Coffee and Machine and Coffee Auto-Delivery plans. Prepaid and rechargeable cards will not be accepted.
• Can I use a payment method besides a credit card?
  No, Auto-Delivery plan orders must be paid by credit card.
