Great Cups AND Customer Service!
I love Illy cups! I have several limited editions that I love to drink out of, but I am reluctant to use on a regular basis because they are irreplaceable. I ordered a set of basic cups online to use for every day when the set arrived a couple were broken. Customer service instantly replaced the damaged cups! Amazing cups and amazing customer service. Perfection
These are perfect for my illy.com ESE machine. Before getting these, I'd try using "normal" coffee cups and coffee would splash on the front of the machine and make a small mess. Each time I use these distinctive and understated cups, I am reminded of how much I enjoy illy coffee.

Great cup for coffee
A good cup of coffee should have couple of properties:
1- Should have the right volume for espresso or cappuccino,
2- should have appropriate weight,
3- Should be easy to be hold in your hand,
4- Should have right color to intensify the color of coffee.
5- Should have appropriate thermal capacity to maintain the temperature of the cup.
6- Should have low thermal conduction to maintain the temperature of coffee intact while it is consumed.
Illy cups provide one of the best qualities for the items that I mentioned above. They are the best. Get one and have your coffee in an Illy cup!

simple yet elegant design
.. I was offered a pair of these, by Illy, as a 'free gift' for purchasing my new espresso machine or my new capsule subscription- I forget which. I wasn't enthusiastic as I have enough dishes in my small apartment! but I was actually surprised how much I liked the elegant design! the little saucers have an unusual, unique shape- ever so slightly raised in the middle, rather than at the edges-- and the cups have an unusual, lovely heft-- the handles are distinctive, as well.. a small but real pleasure to use! thanks Illy!
