Great mugs, bad batch!
The illy logo mugs are my favourite coffee mugs. Over the years, I purchased several illy mugs. This is partially due to my unfortunate habit of dropping, tipping and bumping them over.
I have never had a bad coffee mug until now! This time in trying to be proactive, I ordered four mugs. To my surprise, two of them have hairline fissure crack, and the instant that I pour coffee in them, the hairline fissure soaks in the coffee and creates a vain like of pure coffee running along the outside of the mug. It's kind of rune the Zen experience of my morning coffee routine.
I don't know if this was a bad batch, but I am very disappointed with these illy logo mugs.
To make a long story short, I bought four cups and can only use two.
