The almond tree originated in Central Asia and, thanks to the Greeks, between 500 and 400 B.C became widespread throughout the Mediterranean area. It found its natural habitat in Val di Noto, between the provinces of Siracusa and Ragusa, and went on to develop outstanding varieties of worldwide renown such as the Avola almond. Domori has selected and teamed it with the finest dark chocolate to intensify aromas, the fragrance of cream and milk and overall roundness.

Ingredients: 49.9% roasted Avola almonds, 49.9% dark chocolate (Cocoa min. 72%. Cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: soy lecithin), sugar syrup (sugar, water, glucose syrup. Thickening agent: gum arabic).
