Chocolate Bomb!
18 grams in 42 grams out in 29 seconds at 198° fahrenheit with a 4 second soft pre-infusion. My espresso machine doesn’t have pre-infusion when using the water tank, so I use a 28 gram basket but only put 18 grams of coffee in the basket. To avoid the Soupy mess, I use a puck screen on top of the compressed grounds. Illy coffee is the best tasting coffee I have enjoyed to date!

Recharge time..Guatemala style
Now this a rich runner up to a rich silky cup of cocoa but with the awesome aroma of coffee..ooh this one is the best pick me up by mid daytime and charge on to the finish line of those task full days! The aroma reawakens the senses and little grey cells to..as John Wayne stated "Let's git her done pilgrim".
