Arabica Selection Brasile Cerrado Mineiro ground coffee, a 100% Arabica single-origin blend, is sustainably grown using regenerative agriculture in Brazil's renowned Cerrado Mineiro region. We select only 1% of the best Arabica beans with zero defects to ensure the fullest expression of taste and aroma found in coffee from this region, offering coffee lovers a taste that is both rich and responsibly cultivated.

Pressurized Packaging: We employ a revolutionary pressurized packaging system to ensure the freshness and integrity of your Arabica Selection Brasile coffee grounds. This system involves sealing the coffee in containers from which air is excluded and replaced with nitrogen at an increased pressure. The iconic illy 'barrel' features advanced seaming technology that maintains internal pressure above 5 bar, reduces material use and cuts CO2 emissions.
Preparation Method: Arabica Selection Brasile coffee grounds are optimally suited for classic drip coffee and pour-over methods, allowing the taste to fully develop and shine. We recommend using 7-8 grams (about a tablespoon) of Brasile coffee grinds per 100-150 ml (3.3-5 oz) of water for the perfect brew. This preparation ensures that each cup reflects our high standards, delivering a balanced, aromatic coffee.
