- Approx. 3 tbsp (40-50 ml) Espresso
- Fresh heavy cream
The two partners could not be more different from one another, but they dance together in perfect armony: Caffè viennese is a grand pas de deux between Espresso and whipped cream. Nothing more than a classic Espresso with the addition of a luxurious dollop of cream... and the spell is cast.
- Prepare two Espressos in a cappuccino cup.
- Whip the cream with a beater and blend it with a delicate circular movement into the surface of the Double espresso. Serve.
