All you need for great espresso!
I purchased this ESE espresso machine hoping it would make a decent espresso. what I received was for the price spectacular! You have three temperature settings. this is critical as the darker roasts tend to taste better at the lower temperature settings and the medium roasts taste better at the hotter settings. The top shot button has built-in pre-infusion!!! I have a $2000 espresso machine without that feature. I'm converting my family from Keurig to Illy ESE for their daily coffee with this recipe, 25ml shot of espresso (top button) 75ml hot water, and milk to taste. This recipe is smoother and richer than any Keurig I have ever tried.
