Great gift
Nice gift, looks very cool and pretty good value for Illy coffee. I like that has 3 different flavors to try before buying larger quantities. As for the coffee itself, it’s really great for espresso-cappuccino- latte!

Cute product, product
Very poorly packed, both items were loose, moving around in the box, and the top of the trees got slightly dinged along with one compartment coming loose and opening up. Glad I didn't send the gift directly to the recipient. Customer service said they take the poor packaging seriously and asked me to send a picture. That would not change what happened. Disappointed, but things will still work and the coffee will be enjoyed.

Advertised as drip coffee but it's espresso grind
Purchased this after reading it was ground coffee and even showed a photo of a drip machine on the front of the Brazil can, once it arrived and I opened it, I quickly realized that all 3 were espresso grind only. Normally they will accept returns but you have to pay for return shipping out of pocket, which is more than the coffee itself, and in this instance i opened a can so they will not give me a refund. This is the 2nd time illy has not sent what was advertised.
