I love it. I like that there is a dedicated hot chocolate setting. The hot setting is a good temperature. I like the milk pitcher shape, makes it easy to swirl and tap the pitcher and make coffee art like a real barista.

There is no better Milk Frother on the market.
The Frother is so compact it disappears on the kitchen counter. Perfect for a small kitchen. This frother makes retail quality frother for your coffee. It is perfect every time. Customer service actually answers the phone, they are kind, concerned and so helpful. I give this frother as anniversary and birthday gifts now. It is truly the best on the market.

Just perfect
I’ve been using the Illy milk frother for over a month to add to my stove top coffee maker. It’s very easy to use, milk frothing is fast, great foam and super easy to clean. I don’t miss coffee shop cappuccinos!

Amazing-It's Saving Us Money
I have tried other frothers & gave up...until I went back to the search, I wanted stainless steal and found this...Happy to report it's become a family favorite. The amount of froth is amazing. We crave fancy expensive coffee house drinks...but no more. Thank you illy for making an outstanding frother.

Wish it worked properly
Of the three setting the one I wanted most, the heated and foamed milk, worked intermittently. On the couple of times it worked the froth was incredibly creamy and yummy, so good it even improved the taste of the milk. It’s really disappointing that it doesn’t work most of the time. I eagerly await the replacement

Doesn't froth almond milk
Upgraded my electric milk with the promise it would froth almond milk better than my basic model. Unfortunately, it doesn't froth it at all.

Coffee with hot milk from
Thermostat (and/or connection to heater) failed.
Initially, this was a fine frother. It heated as well, and would beep & turn itself off when hot enough. After only a year, the heater-thermostat connection failed, so now it still beeps, does stop spinning, but keeps heating & the milk will overflow & burn if you don’t unplug it! $109 is too expensive for a 12-month milk frother.

Manufacturing Defect, Bad Customer Service
This machine was defective when we got it. When turning it on, it runs for a few seconds, makes a loud noise, and then stops. We're not sure how to get it to work other than to remove the frothing attachment, put it back on, and press down with force, which works every one out of three times.
We called customer service to get a replacement. The representative had us cut milk frother's electrical cord in order to get our replacement. Only after we cut the cord did the representative tell us that they would not replace our black and stainless steel frother, but would only send us the cheaper white version. To add insult to injury, they wanted us to pay sales tax on our replacement, and could only offer to send us "complimentary" coffee.
We told her that we are not paying sales tax on a replacement for the defective product we were sold, which is in violation of their own warranty. She said she would have her manager speak to us, who has still not called us since she was "in a meeting" at the time.
It is ridiculous that we had to wait on the phone for an hour, only to render our machine inoperable per Illy's instructions and not receive a replacement or even a call back.
