Lack of customer service
I placed my order on December 16. On December 27 I reached out to customer service and they told me that the package will be returned to them due to weather circumstances and offered me a refund or replacement. I chose a refund.Today is January 9th and I wrote 3 Emails in the meantime when I will receive my refund. All of my Emails were being ignored.The level of customer service is not what I’m used to.I’m very dissatisfied and frustrated at this point.
