AFTER MANY , BEST I'VE TRIED
I've used two La Pavoni original lever - type espresso machines daily until their destruction, the control is great , but for least fuss together with best quality - just press the button on the iperespresso machine . Forty years ago the Roma airport employee's espresso bar was the most dramatic and fierce espresso I tried . Today the dark roast Illy capsules give me the finesse coffee bold yet smooth experience . No jarring harshness - I don't use sugar with this . The most downright delicious coffee without the need to sugar and cream it into some dessert thing . If you want to dose your caffeine carefully you can measure with the relatively precise 60mg per capsule , and use the decaff less bold ones for additional shots to hold down your drug effect . Melt some smoked mozzarella onto a chunk of baguette and eat with two shots of iperespresso intenso - heaven !

Coffee with a little crunch
I really like this dark coffee prepared ristretto style with a little turbinado sugar. I stir it just enough to dissolve some, but not all of the sugar, and then eat it with a demi-tasse spoon. yum-yum.
