Terrible Customer Service, Beautiful Product
My first order arrived damaged. I call CS and the turnaround for a replacement would have been way to long so I returned that one and ordered another. I was not supposed to get my discount again with the help of a call back from the CS rep but she never called back. My first order was 3+ weeks ago, today is December 28th 2023 and I still haven't received my $80 refund. My second order arrived with the plates and cups all loose inside the box, amazing nothing got damaged.
I am a huge illy fan and my wife and I have a collection of espresso and other coffee cup collections, but illy customer service is terrible. I hope I will get my money back, the cups are beautiful but I will not order from illy again, unreliable and I don't trust their CS. It's a shame.
