Great Product - Confusion in Billing
We had this tea in a Marriott in downtown Cleveland. I purchased this and had it sent to one of the people who accompanied me. Because the address on my Credit card and the ship to address was different your system billed my card twice. When I called customer service and explained what happened the very nice associate noted the error and told me the additional charge would be reversed. A day later not only wasn’t the additional charge reversed but two additional charges were posted to my account. It took over a week for the reversals to take effect.
Great product, lovely customer service associate but a glitch in your billing system was cause for alarm!!!
