Iced and Hot Lattes are delicious
We have wanted to buy an espresso machine for years because we spend way too much on lattes at Starbucks. We just wanted great espresso to make basic lattes. This seems to be doing the trick! I like to make iced lattes so I prepare espresso in advance and put in the refrigerator and add my skim milk every morning. . . Tastes delicious!!

Love it
We have had it for at least a month after owning super automatics for ten years. We use the ese pods and they are great. No mess and easy. I drink a 3oz cup and my wife drinks 8oz. It does both ease. Well made and looks super on the coffee bar

The Perfect Machine!
After 20 years of use, I donated my last Illy machine to Goodwill. It was still in great working order and was using it daily. I purchased a new Illy machine for the new features and love it. My only mistake was not purchasing a new machine sooner!

Amazing coffee
Love our new Illy coffee machine. It looks beautiful on the counter, the coffee tastes perfect with 1 or 2 doses, very easy to use, AND my 4" H cup fits under. Only minus is that it's difficult to get the used coffee out of the handle

Easy to use
Bought this a couple of weeks ago after a trip to Italy in October. Had a couple of Illy machines in our rooms, and was amazed at how good the pods were. And how easy they were to operate.
Wanted the ability to use either pods or grounds, so this was a perfect match.
And love the retro design.
