Great coffee - inconvenient recycling for capsules
If I unsubscribe from Illy, it will be a result of the inability to conveniently re-cycle these iperespresso capsules. My last semi-monthly delivery came with a recycyling bag and label, which I promptly used to take my spent capsules to UPS. When my next delivery arrived - No bag, No label. I should not have to pay you to be able to re-cycle these capsules. You need a better plan or a better capsule. Thanks
