About illy Coffee: We are committed to bringing superior Arabica coffee from the world's best coffee-growing regions to your countertop – like our Brasile Cerrado Mineiro beans, a single-origin offering from our Arabica Selection. This 100% Arabica blend is sourced from Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region, known for its lush landscapes and ideal coffee-growing conditions. We select only 1% of the best Arabica beans with zero defects, ensuring the best possible taste and aroma from each batch.

Taste Profile: Brasile coffee beans from Cerrado Mineiro offer a finely tuned balance of pleasant acidity and bitterness characteristic of their origin. Each cup features deep notes of caramel and dried fruit, intensified by sustainable farming practices that enrich the soil. This enhances the beans' natural qualities and brings a richer, more vibrant taste to your cup.

Sustainability: We are committed to sustainable initiatives for our products. As a Benefit Corporation (B-Corp), our guiding principle when it comes to doing business is the creation of economic, social and environmental value for all players involved throughout the production chain.

Roast: We tailor the roast of each single-origin Arabica Selection to highlight the unique notes of each origin.

Pressurized Packaging: We use an advanced pressurized packaging system to protect our roasted Brasile coffee beans against oxygen and humidity. The technique involves hermetically sealing the container, evacuating the air and filling it with nitrogen at an elevated pressure. This process maintains the coffee's taste and aromatic oils for up to two years and improves its maturation, boosting its overall quality.

Preparation Method: Brasile whole coffee beans are suitable for a variety of coffee brewing methods. Whether you prefer a finely ground espresso to jumpstart your morning or a coarser grind for a leisurely pour-over in the afternoon, Brasile Cerrado Mineiro adapts beautifully to your preferred method.
