ILLY LOVERS is an exclusive loyalty program dedicated to illy customers.
All individuals who are 18 or older at the time of registration are eligible to register at no cost.
The program grants loyalty members access to many benefits, rewards and dedicated promotions. Members can earn points called “hearts” with each illy purchase and earn extra hearts thanks to numerous sweepstakes and experiences throughout the year.
Those enrolled in the program will receive updates on exclusive news and promotions. ILLY LOVERS members will enjoy the benefits at participating illy Caffé locations located in the United States. 

You can enroll in the program using the illy App and on the illy.com website (in the LOYALTY section). You may only enroll in the Program once.
Those who register using the App or on the illy.com website must login with your illy.com email and password or create a new account by providing your first name, last name, e-mail address, and password.

The ILLY LOVERS Loyalty program has three levels, assigned on the basis of the number of hearts earned from purchases and experiences: Explorer, ranges from 0 to 400 hearts; Master, ranges from 401 to 900 hearts and Ambassador, starts from 901 hearts. For the first year of membership, until December 31, your level is determined by the total amount spent and the extra hearts earned from the experiences. You earn one heart for each dollar spent ($1 = 1 heart). Each of the three levels entitles you to additional exclusive benefits. You can earn hearts with - purchases made on illy.com and at participating illy Caffè locations.

If discount codes or vouchers are redeemed with purchases, only the amount spent, less the discount, will be converted into hearts.

For purchases made at participating illy Caffès, hearts will be earned in real-time if you scan the app at the time of purchase. If you place an order on illy.com, it may take up to 5 working days from the moment of purchase for hearts to be credited to your account.

Keep in mind that only purchases made in the U.S. are valid.

In the event that an item purchased on illy.com is returned or a receipt of a purchase made at an illy Caffè location is cancelled during the day, your heart balance will be updated within 7 working days to deduct the cancellation or return.

On 12/31/2020, your hearts will be reset to zero hearts, but you will keep the level attained at the time of reset for the next entire calendar year until 12/31/2021.
To maintain the same level after 12/31/2021, you will need to earn the hearts necessary to reach the threshold again.
If you earn more hearts, you will advance to the next level and enjoy even more exclusive benefits. For example, if you enroll on 5/31/2020 and at the end of the year you have reached the Master level (second level), on 12/31/2020 your hearts will reset but you will enjoy the benefits reserved for the Master level for the whole following year. Starting from 1/1/2021, you will begin to earn new hearts and based on your spending, you will either confirm or change your level for the current year. Upon earning a certain number of hearts, you will be entitled to many benefits and coupons towards future purchases, according to the following list of benefits:

Explorer level, from 0 to 400 hearts:

Master level, from 301 to 700 hearts:

• Give me five: $5 voucher to use at participating illy Caffès for every 50 hearts

Ambassador level, over 700 hearts:

• Your first offer: A 15% discount on your first purchase on illy.com
• Your welcome coffee at participating Illy Caffès
• Shopping Reward, 20% off: a 20% discount starting every third purchase – up to 5 times
• Shipping on Us: free shipping on all orders
• Give me five: $5 voucher to use at participating illy Caffès for every 50 hearts earned
• Private sales
• Free tickets for events (limited quantity, see question 8)
• Flash sales - 24-hour sales

Every time you earn 50 hearts, you will receive a $5 voucher to use on any food and beverage purchase at participating illy Caffè locations.
All purchases made at illy.com or at participating illy Caffès net of discounts applied are eligible to earn hearts.
The voucher expires on 12/31, can only be used once, and must be used on a single transaction on a purchase of $5 or more. Vouchers have no cash value and no change will be given

All corporate owned illy Caffè locations in United States participate in the program. Check the full list on illy.com or use the ‘Store Locator’ feature of the App. The participating stores will be marked with a heart icon.

illy gives all ILLY LOVERS members the opportunity to enter for a chance to win tickets to exclusive events throughout the year.
Whenever free tickets for events are available, you will be notified by e-mail about an upcoming event. If you are interested in the event, open the App or log in to your personal account on illy.com.
To register provide your personal information. Winners will be selected at random, and if you are selected you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the instructions to claim your free tickets. Tickets are limited for each event. 

Experiences are opportunities that the ILLY LOVERS Loyalty program offers you to earn extra hearts. Complete them all, earn extra hearts, and be on your way to becoming an illy Ambassador! Find out how the experiences work in the App section “Earn more hearts”, available in your profile.

If you are logged in to your account on illy.com, all purchases made on illy.com will be associated with your ILLY LOVERS Loyalty account. If you make a purchase in one of our U.S. participating illy Caffè locations, show your ILLY LOVERS personal card located within your illy App when paying at the register and scan the bar code on your card . You must show your card each time you checkout at Illy Caffès in order to earn hearts for your purchase. It is not possible to earn hearts after the transaction has been completed. 
You can access your personal card in the illy App, by tapping on the “Card” icon on the homepage, or by logging into your account on illy.com. Remember: your card is digital and should not be shared with others.

The illy Rewards program has been discontinued and all members are invited to join the new ILLY LOVERS program.  Illy Rewards members with existing points will receive a $5 Illy Rewards Voucher(s) or ILLY LOVERS hearts (points) depending on their existing illy Rewards points balance.

illy Rewards members will not be automatically migrated to the new program. In order to receive vouchers or hearts, you must download the illy App and register for the new ILLY LOVERS program with the same email address you used to join illy Rewards. Illy Rewards Vouchers or points will be available in the new ILLY App when participating illy Caffès are open in early June.

New illy Rewards Voucher Rules:

-          Vouchers can be used in participating illy Caffès or on illy.com

-          One voucher per transaction, must use full amount of the voucher in one transaction.  Cannot combine with another offer.

-          Cannot be redeemed for cash equivalent.

-          All vouchers will expire 12/31/20 at 11:59pm EST
