INGREDIENTS
- 1 illy Espresso
- 200 ml of partially skimmed milk
- 3 g of low-fat cocoa powder
- 10 ml of sugar syrup
EQUIPMENT
- 200 ml Glass cup
- illy Milk Frother
- Espresso/ceramic cup
PREPARATION
- Insert the jagged disc into the milk frother pot and add 200ml of skimmed milk as well as 3g of low-fat cocoa powder.
- Place the pot on top of the heating base, close the lid and press the third button.
- Remove the pot after about 30/40 seconds.
- Pour the milk and cocoa frappè into the glass cup.
- Prepare the espresso directly in your espresso or ceramic cup and add sugar syrup to sweeten it.
- Pour the espresso into the glass cup, in the center of the preparation.
- Decorate with a sprinkling of cocoa powder.
Your recipe is now ready to be enjoyed.
