• What should I do if I want to change the credit / debit card used for my plan?
  Log in to the My Account section of illy.com and select My subscriptions. Select the plan you want to modify to edit the payment information associated to that plan.
• Can I expedite or postpone the scheduled shipment?
  Delivery is scheduled on a monthly basis, however, you have the option to pause your plan for 1 to 3 months. You will only be able to pause your plan once within 12 months. You can pause your plan online from the My Account section or contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
• Do I have to pay shipping for my subscription plan?
  No, shipping for subscription plan orders are always free.
• Can I change my plan size?
  Yes, you can change your plan configuration including your plan size and coffee selection online from My Account or by contacting our Customer Care team for assistance.
• Who can I contact if I have trouble completing my order online?

• When will I be refunded for my return?
  A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.  Please allow 10 days from receipt of goods by our warehouse.
• How can I recover or change my account password?
  To recover or change your password click on the My Account icon at the top right on the illy.com site and choose "Log in" and select "forgot password?". You'll be prompted to enter your email address associated with your account. We'll send you an email with instructions to update your password. The password change link will be valid for 30 minutes after receipt.
• Which payment methods are accepted?
  All majort debit and credit cards with the exception of Amex. Prepaid and rechargeable cards are not accepted.
