How does the illy coffee machine subscription work?
With the Machine & Coffee plan, you choose your preferred illy espresso machine and receive it at home alongside a regular supply of 100% Arabica coffee. The machine is yours from the very first delivery, not a rental or loan. You select the roast, format, quantity and delivery frequency that suit you best, and your coffee arrives with free UK delivery on every order.
Is the coffee machine mine to keep, or is it a loan?
The machine is yours from the very first delivery — no loan, no rental, no return required at the end of the contract. You pay a one-off contribution as part of your subscription plan, not a monthly machine fee.
How much does the illy coffee machine subscription cost?
Your monthly amount covers the cost of your regular coffee deliveries plus the machine contribution, spread over the 12-month term. The exact amount depends on the machine model and coffee plan you select. You can configure your plan online to see the full price before you subscribe.
What is the minimum commitment for the Machine & Coffee subscription?
The minimum term is 12 months or 42 coffee packs. If you choose to cancel before completing the minimum term, the difference between the machine's full retail price and the initial contribution already paid will be charged. No other penalties apply.
Can I cancel the Machine & Coffee subscription early?
Yes, you can cancel at any time by contacting Customer Care, giving at least 24 working hours' notice before your next scheduled delivery. If you cancel before the minimum term, illy will charge the difference between the machine's full price and the contribution already paid.
Can I pause my Machine & Coffee subscription?
Yes. You can pause deliveries for up to 12 months without cancelling your subscription. No charges are made during the pause, and deliveries resume automatically when you reactivate.
Can I change my coffee roast or format during the subscription?
Yes. You can update your roast, format or quantity at any time through MyAccount or by contacting Customer Care, at least 24 working hours before your next scheduled delivery.
