The hazelnut from Italy’s Piedmont region is the undisputed queen of hazelnuts. Its production is concentrated in the provinces of Cuneo, Alessandria and Asti. It is an extraordinary fruit in that like cacao, once roasted, it develops long-lasting, full-flavoured aromas. Domori has chosen a fruit combination whose union was meant to be.

Ingredients: 49.9% Roasted Piedmont hazelnuts, 49.9% dark chocolate (Cocoa min. 72%. Cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: soy lecithin), sugar syrup (sugar, water, glucose syrup. Thickening agent: gum Arabic).
