illy Shakerato Baileys

  • 3-4 tbsp (40-50 ml) Espresso
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp (25 ml) Baileys
  • Ice cubes

A creamy, energetic and boldly flavored cocktail. Baileys enrich the illy coffee’s caramel notes for a recipe that is soft, delicate and with a touch of alcohol.

  1. Chill the glass (150ml) with the ice cubes.
  2. Prepare two espressos in a cappuccino cup.
  3. Fill the Shaker Boston with ice cubes, Baileys and finally the coffees.
  4. Shake and pour it in the chilled glass, using the strainer to filter out the ice.
