illycaffè is Sponsoring the 14th ITS Event
Trieste, 11 July 2015 – illycaffè, leader in premium coffee and coffee culture, is proud to be a part of this year’s International Talent Support event, an initiative that began in 2002 to support the most promising young talent in fashion, accessories, jewelry and art from all around the world. This year’s event runs from 10 to 11 July at the Salone degli Incanti in Trieste.
illy and ITS continue to work as partners. The Trieste-based coffee company considers creativity to be worthy of support and a significant part of its corporate culture. This philosophy has prompted the company to open up a fast-track channel of communication with the creative world, based on an extended interpretation of the concept of “coffee culture”. The beverage that wakes us up each morning thanks to the stimulus of caffeine is a beverage that during the day takes on another meaning as it transforms into the pure pleasure of ritual. The very same coffee that physiologically reawakens our senses turns into an opportunity to meet up, chat and stimulate the intellect. The value of coffee therefore transcends the physiological to become aesthetic, social and intellectual.
illy’s interest in creativity extends in multiple directions: from supporting creatives and artists, institutions and international exhibitions to an ongoing dialogue with young and established writers, as well as working with the world’s top chefs and creating the illy Art Collection.
Because illycaffè has always been committed to promoting and disseminating creativity and beauty, it is keen to be part of a prestigious event like International Talent Support – an event universally acknowledged to be one of the best springboards for young artists, as well as a privileged observatory on today’s trends in the future of creativity.
